Innovative vision and problem-solving generate Excitement and Anticipation for Windows 7 Enterprise

Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise is the Windows 7 edition with unique technology designed to address the needs of enterprise customers. Its features are designed to help make people productive anywhere, enhance security and control, and streamline PC management.

In anticipation of the beta release of Windows 7 Enterprise, the Microsoft Windows team needed pre-launch activities that would generate enough momentum to dispel current market perceptions around Windows Vista. To do so, the team knew it needed to connect with customers, inspire and engage them, and motivate them to act.
BuzzBee had a unique vision for solving this difficult problem and an innovative and creative way to address the challenge—a set of dynamic Silverlight-based vignettes to showcase the new operating system. BuzzBee worked collaboratively with the Windows 7 team to collect extensive detail on the product’s technology advancements, features, and capabilities, and how those characteristics provided value for a variety of customers. The information was then distilled and synthesized into seven engaging Silverlight vignettes that successfully brought the Windows 7 story to life and produced the desired impression. The videos included screen capture elements, line drawings, voice-over recordings, and soundtrack music to convey the overarching Windows 7 themes of anywhere access to information, enhanced security and control, and streamlined PC management.
BuzzBee brought innovative vision, problem-solving, and a solid understanding of the Windows platform technology to craft the messages that would resonate with the target market accordingly. The creative and cutting-edge Silverlight vignettes were delivered in the style of a video brochure and gave the client a compelling and differentiated way to introduce the Windows 7 story. Each illustrative vignette achieved the client objectives to showcase the product, stir interest, and leave the viewer eager to seek out more information in a way that can be measured and quantified.
