Michele founded BuzzBee Company to help innovative technology leaders have greater impact with their customers, communities, and local economies. Guided by the belief that technology can empower people to drive change in the world, Michele has led BuzzBee with a focused vision, supporting both clients and employees in their commitment to making a difference. Under Michele's direction, BuzzBee has grown from a two-person agency in 1998 to a thriving consulting firm today that provides strategic marketing insight for leading technology innovators in the Pacific Northwest.

Guiding the firm's strategic direction, Michele manages the business to ensure it continues to deliver unique value for clients and to provide the counsel needed to bring winning technology products and services to market. Her previous leadership roles, including positions with Intel and Microsoft, deepened her passion for the positive impact that people can achieve with technology.

As the leader of BuzzBee's philanthropic efforts, Michele has designated active engagement with the community as a company-wide initiative. She challenges her employees to seek out causes that they are deeply passionate about and to invest their time and talents into these organizations. Michele's personal commitment to philanthropy helped BuzzBee earn recognition as one of the Top 75 Corporate Philanthropists in the Puget Sound region in 2009, from Puget Sound Business Journal.

Barbara leads BuzzBee's Channel & Vertical Marketing team, working with clients to provide campaigns and tools that market technology from the audience's point of view, both to external customers and to internal field sales teams. Her past experience spans a variety of industries including the technology sector, but also the wine and theatre industries, and has made her a talented team manager and creative problem solver.

Barbara received her BA in Classics from Dickinson College and her MA in Theatre History from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. As a superior written and verbal communicator, she adds a fresh, unique perspective when helping a client tell their story and sell their products to customers. Her varied background provides her with an understanding of customers with many different life views.

Barbara also oversees the BuzzBee Marketing Initiative, with the goal to broaden awareness of the firm to potential client and ensure that BuzzBee is a vital, contributing member of the broader Pacific Northwest business community. Barbara has a talent for forging and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers, allowing her to quickly and efficiently determine a client's business challenges and help craft plans to ensure success.

Bruce oversees the firm's Software Infrastructure team utilizing his extensive experience and deep understanding of industry architecture trends such as server management and virtualization, cloud computing, and high performance computing. With a strong dedication to providing high-quality client services, Bruce oversees BuzzBee's efforts to continuously expand its capabilities to help clients compete and win.

Bruce received his M.B.A. from University of Southern California's Entrepreneur Program and his B.S. in Engineering Design and Economic Evaluation from the University of Colorado-Boulder. He also served in the United States Marine Corps for four and a half years with assignments in combat engineering in Okinawa and Japan, and recruiting in Sacramento, California. Most recently a Management Consultant with Ernst and Young, Bruce has over 20 years of experience in the technology field, working with a wide range of clients from small start-ups to global Fortune 100 companies.

Bruce strongly believes that technology directly improves people's lives and enables them to invest in their communities with higher value. Through his involvement with the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA), Northwest Entrepreneur Network (NWEN), and his role as an Examiner for the national Baldrige Quality Award, Bruce continually strives to make a positive impact through his work with technology.

Hannah heads up BuzzBee's Business Productivity team, focusing on business intelligence, online services, communication and collaboration technologies, and digital implementation. Her eight years at Microsoft gave her a deep appreciation for the potential of applying these technologies. Hannah is also deeply ambitious and uses her passion for technology to inspire companies to push their visions to the next level.

As a manager, Hannah enjoys helping people develop their careers through training and mentoring. She inspires her team by being a positive force that helps them learn and grow. She also serves as Creative Director for BuzzBee's internal marketing initiative, where she applies her enthusiastic personality to help share the BuzzBee story.

Hannah's work with BuzzBee is also supported by her active involvement in the community. Her affiliation with the organizations such as the Founder Institute and the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Northwest has made her instrumental in helping startup companies develop their ideas and present business plans. She also volunteers with NPower, KEXP, BeLuminous Yoga Studio, and Rebuilding Together. Through these projects, she is able to exercise her passions for giving back to the community and supporting others.

Nathan oversees BuzzBee's Communications and Mobility client team and the firm's business management operations. With more than 15 years of global brand, business, and consumer marketing experience from companies such as Intermec, Alltel, Western Wireless (Cellular One), Starbucks International, United States Navy, and several internationally focused start-up companies, Nathan's varied background has equipped him with a wealth of experience in the global business world.

After graduating with a degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, Nathan served for five years in the United States Navy, focusing on Naval Intelligence in Japan and Korea.

Nathan is passionate about communications technology as a tool to keep people connected. He recently used a variety of traditional and new technologies to plan and communicate with friends, family, and loved ones during his 2,663 mile hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. Having witnessed first-hand how advanced communications technology helps people stay connected and safe in remote environments, Nathan is inspired by clients seeking to use technology to keep people connected while planning, executing, and adapting to changing conditions.
