ACCOUNT MANAGERS - SENIOR LEVEL:

BuzzBee has two openings for Account Managers at the Senior Level. The right people for these roles will enthusiastically embrace the values and unique company culture that we offer while understanding that the essential duties and responsibilities of the job should be approached with conviction and perseverance. Both roles require B2B (Business to Business) audience experience.
The Mobile/Telecom role emphasizes experience in the Telecom industry with an emphasis on hardware.
The Business Productivity job requires extensive writing and content development experience coupled with keen Power Point presentation production skills.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - PART TIME:
|

This hourly position will assist the Accounting Manager with the day-to-day responsibilities related to the accounting functions of the company. The schedule will be consistent, but has some room for negotiation for the right person. Morning availability a plus and a background check will be required.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of accounting experience demonstrating increased learning and responsibility
- QuickBooks proficiency
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Client Invoicing
- Banking, Deposits & Reconciliations
- Monthly/Quarterly Taxes
- Credit Card Entering/Reconciliation
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work tactfully with people one on one and in group setting to obtain required information
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Must be able to work independently and be self motivated
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy office and meet deadlines
- Should have a solid communication, organization and customer service skills
