Current Openings:
BuzzBee is seeking a senior level Marketing Account Manager to identify and close new business opportunities. This position is great for someone who is passionate about consulting with clients, building accounts, and creating quality marketing deliverables.
The best candidates have a strong marketing account management background, have experience writing and delivering on quality marketing deliverables, and can ensure established sales and revenue are met.
We are looking for candidates who can:
Develop Business
- Identify and closing new opportunities
- Present new ideas to existing clients
- Write proposals
- Distribute marketing material and obtaining referrals
- Attend Networking/Industry Events
- Travel, as required, to client facilities in the continental United States
Deliver Marketing Consulting
- Write and ensuring quality of marketing deliverables
- Oversee team members including sub-contractors
- Oversee content development and provide direction to writers
- Develop and overseeing budgets and schedules/timelines for multiple projects
- Day to day client communication
Participate in Stewardship Activities
- Participate in company initiatives
Desired background:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred technical; Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, hard sciences or similar)
- Strong familiarity with Infrastructure Technologies
- Demonstrated proficiency creating, delivering and ensuring quality of marketing materials such as messaging/positioning frameworks, datasheets, white papers, solution briefs, storyboards, web content, videos, speeches, online demos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
- 10 years working experience
- Four years B2B marketing experience
- Minimum two year track record of growing accounts
- Two years integrated marketing campaign development with one year digital experience (using Twitter, Facebook, or other social media platforms)
Marketing Managers are responsible for creating, delivering and ensuring the quality of the marketing work performed at BuzzBee. Best candidates will understand and ramp quickly on new clients and projects including correct positioning of message/tone in marketing campaign deliverables to target audience. Also, they will have proven track record in quality client interactions as well as an eye for the bottom line.

BuzzBee is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for running client projects and participating in the development of marketing deliverables. Best candidates will have some experience maintaining client relationships and managing marketing projects. This work also includes developing marketing campaign deliverables for technology products and programs.
Responsibilities include:
Marketing:
- Project management

- On-going support for client programs
- Attending and facilitating meetings related to client projects
- Collaborating with other team members and sub-contractors
- Developing and overseeing budgets and schedules/timelines for multiple projects
- Writing, editing, and ensuring quality of marketing deliverables
